Dandelion Kingdom

It seems everywhere I look there are dandelions! Fields and fields of them! Though many think they are a nuisance, I am loving the bright yellow they add to the landscape. The weather this weekend has been absolutely beautiful. Typing sort of fast because that sunny blue sky is calling me! Thank goodness for the sunny weather,  because otherwise the past two days have had a few poor moments to them, that I would like to just disappear. But that isn't how it goes does it? Once a moment has happened, it is always with us and part of our past. Lessons learned, sometimes over and over again before I actually let the meaning sink in (unfortunate for me) I must say I have experienced many "moments" in the past year or so that I never imagined I would encounter. It makes me think back to when I was a little girl. Not that my life was very simple, even back then, but thank goodness we don't know what's coming at us in later years. That childhood serenity is something to cherish for sure. A quiet, boring and uneventful life..sounds just perfect right now. I used to say how boring my life was, and in the next sentence comment how much I was just fine with that!

The good part of my weekend, grabbing my camera and heading out the door with it. I did sort of venture in to parts unknown...which I will not expand on right now, but I do hope you enjoy the resulting photos!
